120- 300 SQUARE FEET
Where every session begins and ends.
A relaxed, tech-supported space where members check in before and after sessions. Biofeedback tools show progress in real time — fueling the motivation to keep trying.
400 – 1,800 SQUARE FEET
Heat, cold, and deep cellular repair.
Infrared sauna and cold plunge or cryo-chamber. Thermal contrast therapy trains the nervous system, elevates mood, and opens the body for deeper healing in the rooms that follow.
240 – 1,200 SQUARE FEET
Light, sound, and neural renewal.
Club Healthspan’s most immersive suite with cognitive light therapy, vibroacoustics, chromotherapy, and optional aromatherapy to rebalance brainwaves and restore cellular energy.

Breath training tools and a hard-shell 2.0 ATA hyperbaric oxygen chamber support neurogenesis, increase ATP production, reduce inflammation, and lock in the gains from every previous session.
