Why We Chose It
Project Healthspan selected the Red Light Lab sleeping bag because full-body near-infrared exposure is one of the most promising areas in longevity research — and the sleeping bag format is the only practical way to achieve it at home. We evaluated competing full-body devices on wavelength accuracy, build quality, and heat management before landing here.
